Many times women ask me for help to lose weight and have more energy. Sounds really simple, but we all know that it’s not. Just about everyone of us as struggled with weight at one time or another.
I don’t have to tell you diets don’t work! Understanding what REALLY gets in the way of you losing the weight and keeping it off for good is the answer.
Losing energy is not synonymous with getting older. Caffeine and sugar are temporary band-aids. Feeding your body what it really needs while learning how to take good care of YOU first is the key to living your life with energy and vitality.
But how many of us can really do these things on our own? Can you?
This is where I come in. As your Health Coach, I’ve got your back with the support and strategies that you need to live a vibrant and healthy life.
And then there is genetics, right? Wrong!! Genetics aren’t your destiny. This is one tradition you don’t have to carry on. You have a choice. As your Health Coach, I can help you have a different outcome than your family history would suggest.
Cravings got you down? Embrace them! Cravings are great indicators of what you body really needs. You just don’t know what your cravings are telling you. As your Health Coach, I help you crack the code and feed your body what it’s really asking for and shut those cravings down for good.
What about hormones? I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of hearing that hot flashes and hormone imbalances are a rite of passage that women need to go though. Not so. Hormones don’t have to rule your life. I can show you how to get your hormones in check.
Food allergies don’t have to rule your life. I’ve been living and thriving with food allergies for more than twenty years. I was gluten free before anyone knew what gluten was. I know how you feel. I can show you from firsthand experience simple tips and strategies for stress free cooking, vacationing, entertaining, dining out and family holidays.
Putting yourself back at the top of your to-do list is the most important thing you can ever do for yourself and your health. I can help you take good care of you again.
